Q: When will my order ship?
A: Your order will ship the next business day.
Q: Can I request a custom shipping date?
A: Yes. Please send an email to [email protected] before or after you place your oder. We will reach out to you to accommodate your request as best we can.
Q: Can I select the jerky included within the Ultimate Beef Jerky Gift?
A: The short answer is 'no'. Here's why. All of the jerky we curate is produced in small batches which makes it impossible to guarantee availability of a specific brand or flavor. The advantage of this is that it guarantees your gift will ship with the freshest jerky available.
Q: What type of jerky is included?
A: We have curated jerky that will include sweet, hot, spicy, peppered, tangy, original as well as some unique jerky flavors from the highest-rated craft jerky artisans from all across the country. We love supporting small businesses throughout the USA!
Q: Can I order more than one so that I can get all the shopping for the jerky lovers in my life done at once?
A: Yes. However, at this time we are unable to handle multiple orders to different gift recipients in a single order. We understand this could be frustrating but believe us, it is worth it. They will LOVE the jerky.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Not at this time. The Ultimate Beef Jerky Gift will be shipped within a USPS Priority Box. All the jerky and items will be inside the tote bag. The tote bag will have a red ribbon bow on it. If you wish to wrap the gift we suggest you ship the item to yourself.
Q: Where do I add a gift note to the recipient?
A: On the final page of the checkout process there is an option to select "This is a gift" and place to enter the gift message. Be sure to tell them who it is from in your gift message!
Q: How does the gift message appear?
A: The message will be printed in color and is included in the shipment. No pricing information is shown to the gift recipient.
Q: What are the functions of the laser engraved multi-function pocket knife?
A: The multitool includes a stainless steel knife blade, nail file, scissors, can opener, bottle opener/Flat-head screwdriver, Phillips-head screwdriver, corkscrew and a mini split key ring.
